Ross’ background includes extensive experience in health care leadership, consulting and education with a proven track record of performance in a variety of settings including urban and rural facilities, with focus on turnaround and transformational performance. With more than 15 years of C-suite experience, Ross is a seasoned professional with great passion for improving the quality of healthcare delivery systems.
Key areas of professional focus include creating high performing teams, strategy development and strategic planning, corporate compliance, provider alignment, building regional relationships, creating service-driven culture, and optimizing financial and operational processes.
As an attorney and consultant, Ross has supported physician practices in strategic planning and business optimization strategy implementation and corporate reorganizations, including facilitating group planning sessions and developing and deploying negotiating strategies for successful integration. In addition to his industry roles, since 2001 Ross has also been an active participant in helping to unleash future/emerging leaders through his role as an adjunct faculty member at several major universities, teaching courses including healthcare law, healthcare ethics, quality, and finance at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
