Danielle has over 30 years of health care experience serving in executive positions within a variety of academic medical centers and community health systems. Danielle’s experience and expertise is focused on strategic planning, marketing, communication & government Relations.
She played a key role in the merger of Memorial Health System and Elkhart General Health System, the national launch of Lasik Vision Correction while with the Cleveland Clinic; and crisis media management with National Medical Enterprises’ behavioral health division.
She led the strategy development & implementation for a short-stay surgical hospital at Greenville Health System; and developed a “branded house” strategy to leverage market preference.
Danielle’s approach to strategy is layering data analytics to reveal opportunities for market positioning. She also utilized “Porter’s Five Forces” as a tool when conducting planning sessions.
